I specialize in preparing athletes for some of the world's toughest races, including the Khardungla Challenge, Ladakh Marathon, and various ultramarathons (55km, 72km, 75km). My coaching covers acclimatization, nutrition, and the mental fortitude needed to conquer extreme conditions.

We believe in the power of the pack. Our group sessions at iconic Delhi locations like Lodhi Garden and Kartavya Path provide the motivation and community spirit to pull you through the toughest training days. These sessions are open for all and free for all.

Triathlon Training: Swim, Bike, Run

I provide comprehensive coaching for Ironman and other triathlon events, covering all three disciplines. My plans include structured swim sets, indoor and outdoor cycling workouts, and running programs to get you race-ready.

Functional Strength & Agility

My coaching philosophy goes beyond just running. We build resilient athletes through functional workouts using kettlebells, TRX, agility ladders, and bodyweight exercises to improve power, balance, and prevent injuries.

Recovery, Mobility & Injury Prevention

Smart recovery is as important as hard training. We incorporate dedicated sessions for yoga, foam rolling, myofascial release, and mobility drills to ensure you stay injury-free and ready for the next challenge.
