About High-Altitude & Ultra Marathons

Forget just logging miles on a flat road. Whether it is prep for the Ladakh Marathon or a 75km ultra, I focus on the 3:2 rhythmic breathing and functional strength drills—like kettlebell work and speed ladders—that actually prepare you for altitude changes. It is not just about running; it is about adapting your form and breathing so you do not burn out when the terrain hits back.
