Strength is the foundation of every fighter. At our GTB Nagar academy, we skip the fluff and focus on scientific conditioning—tire flips, calisthenics, and endurance drills—to build the explosive power you need in the ring.

Hard work shows. Here, my students are deep into a conditioning circuit, doing knuckle push-ups and planks. This is how we build the core strength and endurance needed to last in the ring.

Explosive power is key in boxing. This drill, a clap push-up, is excellent for developing the chest and shoulder strength needed for powerful punches.

Discipline is built rep by rep. A simple pull-up is a true test of back and arm strength, a fundamental exercise for any serious athlete.

The fight is won long before you step in the ring. It's won on the road during early morning runs and in the gym with drills like this tire work, which builds infighting strength and endurance.

Quick feet are essential for a boxer. We use agility ladder drills to improve foot speed, coordination, and cardiovascular fitness.

We use a variety of bodyweight exercises to build functional strength. Here, students are doing headstands for shoulder stability and hanging leg raises for core strength.

A typical training session involves a mix of skill work and conditioning. Here you can see students practicing with weights to build strength and punching power.

Our group workouts are designed to push everyone. This session includes a mix of running drills for cardio and bodyweight exercises for strength and flexibility.

We sweat together and get stronger together. This clip shows a group conditioning drill with explosive push-ups, building both individual strength and team spirit.

Pain is a part of the process. Whether it's doing push-ups in the dark or hitting the heavy bag, embracing the discomfort is what forges a stronger person.

About Building Warriors: Strength & Conditioning

We don't use air conditioning in our facility because a fighter needs to adapt to heat and exhaustion. When you are training with us, expect 2-hour sessions where we prioritize functional movement, knuckle conditioning, and heavy stamina building, ensuring your body is as resilient as your mindset.
