We don't build gym bodies, we build fighters. Our conditioning is raw, intense, and designed to push your limits until you have the endurance to go the distance in the ring.

"Yo tem bhi katange." This is the Haryanvi spirit of resilience. A boxer performs pull-ups, building the back and arm strength essential for punching power.

From walking into the gym to performing difficult brick push-ups, this is the grind we embrace to build functional strength.

Your mind will always tell you that you can do more. A boxer pushes his limits with heavy deadlifts to build core and leg strength.

"Sapne nahi tutne chahiye." Dreams should not be broken. A boxer performs push-ups on a running track, symbolizing the relentless pursuit of his goals.

Discipline is doing what you hate like you love it. Our boxers start their day with roadwork to build stamina and mental toughness.

The only real competition is yourself. A boxer performs plate raises, a key exercise for developing shoulder strength and endurance.

The only motivation you need is your goal. A boxer performs seated barbell shoulder presses to build upper body power.

A good future needs some bad memories of hard training. A boxer uses a resistance band to strengthen his shoulders and improve punch retraction speed.

Don't believe in luck, believe in hard work. A boxer uses a weighted bar for rotational exercises to build core power.

Two of our boxers performing synchronized Hindu push-ups, a traditional and effective exercise for building upper body strength and flexibility.

About The Grind: Strength & Conditioning

You won't find machines here. Our conditioning is designed to mirror the physical demands of a real boxing bout, which means we use tractor tires, heavy deadlifts, and outdoor track drills to build functional power. If you’re looking to build mirror muscles in an air-conditioned room, this isn't the place. We train for endurance that lasts 12 rounds, not for the aesthetic.
