About Building Champions: Strength & Stamina

Forget machines. You can go to a commercial gym to look fit, but that won't build the functional power you need for the ring. Here, we use your own body weight, heavy resistance bands, and stadium conditioning to build muscle that actually moves. If you're tired of aimless treadmill running, come try a session where you'll learn to push past your mental limits every single day.
