Fitness isn't just about looking good; it's about building a gas tank that never quits. Welcome to the engine room.

Fitness is the foundation. I incorporate a variety of conditioning drills, from resistance band shadow boxing to explosive push-ups, ensuring every muscle is ready for combat.

Speed and agility are non-negotiable for a fighter. I use hurdle jumps and cone drills to improve footwork, reaction time, and explosive movement.

A typical warm-up session involving burpees and jump ropes. I get the blood pumping and the body ready for an intense workout, every single time.

Every great workout starts with a great warm-up. Here, my fighters are doing dynamic stretches and light cardio to prepare their bodies for the intense session ahead.

Kettlebell swings are a core part of my strength program. They build explosive hip power, grip strength, and cardiovascular endurance essential for any combat athlete.

I use a variety of tools to build functional strength. Here you see fighters working with medicine balls and practicing shadow boxing, combining strength and skill work.

A full-squad conditioning session. We run, we drill, we do push-ups. We do whatever it takes to make sure my fighters are the most well-conditioned athletes in the ring.

From push-ups and core work to shadow boxing, this is a snapshot of a complete training session. I build fighters from the ground up, focusing on every aspect of physical preparedness.

About Strength & Conditioning: Building Fighter Engines

You won't find air-conditioned treadmills here. Our conditioning is raw, functional, and designed to break limits. Expect 90-minute sessions using kettlebells, medicine balls, and high-intensity agility drills to build a body that survives the cage, not just the gym.
