About Building the Weapon: Old-School Conditioning
Forget fancy machines and air conditioning. Here, we build your engine on dirt tracks, using tire flips, skipping ropes, and relentless bodyweight circuits. Every session in Burari and Defence Colony is designed to test your limits because a weak body cannot handle the ring. If you are looking for comfort, this is not the place for you.
We don't train to look good in the mirror; we train to survive the ring. Our strength and conditioning program focuses on functional, old-school grit. We start with early morning roadwork—running on dirt tracks and uneven terrain to build leg endurance and mental toughness. Inside the academy, it is not about machines. We use heavy tires for flips, skipping ropes for footwork precision, and bodyweight circuits that force you to push past the pain. You will sweat, you will feel the burn, and you will learn that your mind controls your body. This is crucial for boxing because the last rounds are won when your body wants to quit, but your mind refuses. Whether you are prepping for an amateur bout or just looking to build raw, functional power, this program gives you the foundation required to fight.
