A lot of people think Yoga is just about stretching, but at TDFS, we focus on the science of movement. Whether we’re doing a Surya Namaskar or a deep Pilates flow, I’m right there correcting your posture—back bilkul straight—to ensure you’re actually strengthening your core and not just going through the motions. We don't do 'soft' yoga here; we do mindful, intense movement that gets results.

When you join our flow sessions, you aren't just following a video. You're working with me in a small group where we all help each other. We use props, we fix our form, and we actually laugh while we sweat.
