We use simple tools like sticks for intense workouts that improve coordination, strength, and flexibility. It's another example of how we keep our routines varied and effective.

About Build Your Strength
We don’t just count reps here. In our strength sessions, I focus heavily on form—'Back bilkul straight!' is a phrase you’ll hear me say often. Whether we’re using resistance bands or kettlebells, my goal is to teach you how to move safely and effectively so you build lean muscle without the risk of injury. It is not about how heavy you lift, but how well you lift.
Building strength isn't just about moving heavy objects; it's about functional fitness that makes your daily life easier. Many women worry about 'bulking up' when they hear strength training, but our approach at TDFS focuses on toning, core stability, and endurance.
Why Our Strength Sessions Are Different
- Daily Variety: You won't do the same exercise twice in a week. We rotate between HIIT circuits, dumbbell flows, resistance bands, and Swiss ball balance work. This keeps your muscles guessing and prevents the boredom that hits in standard gyms.
- Correction-First Approach: I lead every session, and I watch every move. If your posture is off, I am there to correct it immediately. This is the benefit of a small-group, guided environment in Vishnu Garden.
- Real Results: We track inch loss and overall stamina rather than just the number on the scale. When you feel your core tightening and your energy levels rising, that is when you know it's working.
