My Story

Hi, I’m Twinkle. Certified Yoga Instructor, fitness coach, and a mom too. Yoga’s not a one-time thing for me, it’s my daily fix for mind and body. People come to me jab sab kuch try kar liya ho (when nothing else works) - thyroid, PCOD, back pain, you name it. Seeing someone’s years-old pain vanish, that’s my real happiness. My centre? Feels like family. We laugh, celebrate, heal together. It’s about health, confidence, and getting your real smile back.
