In my corporate sessions, I never ask for a gym-like setup. I focus on practical techniques that employees can do in their formal wear, right at their office desks or in conference rooms, to immediately counter the stiffness and mental fatigue of a long workday.

Corporate wellness needs to be functional, not just ceremonial. When I step into an office, like I did for SMC Global or Zoo Media Network, I don't just lead a generic stretch. I observe where people are holding tension, usually the neck, shoulders, and lower back, and we work directly on releasing that.

Whether it is a workshop at your headquarters in Gurgaon or a daily session, the goal is simple: helping you and your team function better. We use breathing exercises like Pranayama to manage stress and desk-friendly asanas to improve posture. It is not about perfect form; it is about finding relief.

For those visiting my studio in Rohini, the experience is different. We have the space to go deeper, using props like wall ropes, bolsters, and blocks for Hatha yoga.
