About Yoga Therapy for Pain Management
I help people who are tired of living with pain, especially when medicines and shortcuts just aren’t working. Yoga, for me, is about understanding what’s happening inside your body and finding real, lasting relief.
What Makes My Yoga Therapy Different
- I use Medical Yoga Therapy, which means every session is built on science and understanding your unique condition.
- First, I samajhta hoon (get to know) your pain with a proper consultation, not just jump into random stretches.
- All plans are made just for you. No two people get the same set of movements.
- Props like chairs, bands, and blocks are a big part of my sessions. Even if you have limited movement or severe pain, you don’t have to worry.
What We Can Fix Together
- Back Pain & Sciatica: Targeted moves for immediate relief and long-term support. Techniques from yoga for back pain relief, with lots of focus on decompressing the spine and core strength.
- Neck & Shoulders: Simple chair-based drills to beat tech neck, correct posture, and loosen up stubborn muscles.
- Knees: I avoid risky poses and focus on personalized yoga for knee pain. Bands and safe movements help build strength without strain.
- Desk Job Posture: Medical yoga for posture correction using easy but effective routines to undo hours of sitting.
How It Feels
