Monthly 5-Day Fitness Pass

Why I Love Dance Fitness
Honestly, gym routines bore me too. At Thirkan, I want fitness to feel like a party - not a punishment. My classes mix masti (fun) and josh (energy), so you can actually look forward to working out.
What My Sessions Look Like
Every class is a bit different, so you’ll never get stuck in a rut. Here’s my mix:
- Zumba, Bollywood cardio workout, and Bhangra tracks to lift your mood and heart rate
- Strength moves with dumbbells, agility ladders, and classic bodyweight stuff
- Core, Pilates, and end-of-class stretches to help you move easier
Community Vibes
No judgement here - I see folks who’ve never danced and those who can’t stop. Everyone’s welcome. We play fitness games, celebrate small wins, and sometimes prep for student showcases if you’re feeling brave. It’s not just exercise, it’s a group dance exercise class where people actually root for each other.
When You Can Join
Weekdays only, with morning and late evening slots so you can squeeze in a session before or after work.
I just want you to find joy in movement - that’s it. If you want fun calorie burning routines and a crew that makes you want to show up, you’ll fit right in.

My Story
Namaskar! We call ourselves Thirkan, that feeling when music hits and your body just moves. Started small, now we’ve got studios in Noida and Dubai, but our heart beats the same everywhere. We teach everything from Kathak with live tabla to Bollywood and Zumba dance workout. Our proudest moment? Guru Shinjini Kulkarni ji trained our students for Aarohan 2025. Hum bohot aabhari hain (so grateful). Our story is all about dance, dedication, and community.
My Work
Dance & Music Classes - We offer Kathak, Bharatnatyam, Bollywood, Hiphop, Zumba, classical singing, guitar, tabla, aerobics, and yoga.
Classical Meets Modern - Kathak classes with live tabla, plus Bollywood fitness sessions and Hiphop for those who love energy.
All Ages, All Levels - Kids’ dance batches from age 4, ladies’ groups, seniors, beginners and advanced - everyone’s welcome.
Dance Fitness Party - Our Zumba dance workout and aerobics make fitness fun, not just routine.
Two Locations, One Community - We’re home to dancers and musicians in Noida and Dubai, growing together.
