If you’re bored of the usual gym grind, I get you. For me, fitness is all about having a blast - music on, stress off. My dance fitness sessions turn workouts into a celebration with Bollywood and Punjabi tracks that make you want to move, not just sweat.
What My Sessions Look Like
Every session is packed with energy and good vibes:
- Warm-up to get your body loose
- Learn high-energy dance routines, no boring cardio here
- End with a quick dance reel recording - makes you feel filmy and helps track progress
I keep things simple, accessible and full of positive energy. Even if you think you’ve got two left feet, you’ll end up grooving. This is a judgement-free space where fun comes before perfection.
More Than Just Cardio
While you’ll definitely get a great workout, I also focus on:
- Strengthening your core and legs
- Mobility exercises so your joints stay happy
- Tips for injury prevention (no more knee clicks!)
Options For Everyone
I offer one-on-one sessions for a personal touch, or group dance fitness classes if you love feeding off collective energy. Adults and kids both are welcome. If you’re not in Delhi, no stress - online classes work just as well.
