Welcome to our dance fitness party. This is what my classes are all about: high energy, fun moves, and a whole lot of josh. Here, we are grooving to a powerful 'Ram Ram' track, mixing cardio with celebration.

I love seeing my students shine. This was from our World Dance Day showcase where the Zumba batch performed. It’s a joy to see everyone, from beginners to seasoned dancers, come together and perform with confidence.

Here is a look at one of my fitness dance workouts to 'Malang Sajna'. I focus on creating choreography that is not only effective for a full body workout but also fun and stylish to perform.

Nothing gets the heart pumping like a good Bhangra routine. This is a high-energy dance fitness cover to 'Tension' by Diljit Dosanjh, perfect for a fun cardio session that burns calories while you have a blast.

It’s not all just dance. I use equipment like agility ladders and hurdles to improve your speed, coordination, and lower body strength. These drills are a fun challenge and keep our workouts dynamic and effective.

A strong core is the foundation of all movement. My sessions always include targeted core strengthening exercises, like these belly fat burning routines, to help you build stability and move with more power in everything you do.

Fitness is better with friends. I love incorporating partner and group games into our workouts to build teamwork and make exercising a fun, shared experience. Here we are having a great time with a group strength challenge.
