Our choreography is designed to be repetitive and accessible, which means you spend less time mastering complex steps and more time keeping your heart rate up. Whether we are moving to a classic Bollywood hit or a high-tempo Zumba track, we focus on keeping the energy flowing for the full 60 minutes so you leave the studio feeling accomplished rather than exhausted.
Why We Do It
We believe that if a workout feels like a punishment, you will stop showing up. Our high-energy dance cardio sessions are built on the simple idea that movement should be fun. By mixing Zumba, Bollywood cardio, and Bhangra, we create an environment where you can burn calories without watching the clock.
What To Expect
Every class is different, but they all share the same goal: getting you moving. We use a mix of:
- Bollywood & Zumba Tracks: We focus on songs with high energy and repetitive patterns that are easy to follow.
- Functional Training: We weave in strength exercises using dumbbells, aerobic steppers, and agility ladders to make sure you get a full-body tone.
- A No-Judgment Zone: We have students at every level, from absolute beginners to those who have been with us for years. The focus is on your personal progress and having a good time with the group.
Convenient Scheduling
We run sessions Monday through Friday, with both morning and late evening batches, so you can fit a workout in before or after your workday. Whether you are at our Noida studio in Sector 74 or our Dubai location in Discovery Gardens, the community vibe remains the same: we play games, celebrate small wins, and support each other through every sweat session.
