Whether you are here for a Yin Yoga class or a Sound Bath, the space is held by instructors who prioritize your comfort, personal pace, and emotional well-being over achieving perfect poses.

What to Expect
When you join us, you enter an air-conditioned studio with wooden floors—a quiet retreat from the street outside. We provide all the gear: premium mats, cork blocks, and soft bolsters. After class, you are welcome to visit our in-house cafe for a nourishing meal or simply sit in our garden area. We suggest wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to breathe and move freely.
