Ditch the bottled preservatives. My dressings and probiotic-rich ferments are made from scratch in my New Delhi kitchen, using real produce and traditional recipes.

A selection of my homemade fresh salad dressings. You can see the variety, from Mango Lime Vinaigrette to Jalapeño Honey Mustard, all clearly labelled and ready to go.

A jar of my bright and tangy Mango Lime Vinaigrette. This dressing is perfect for summer salads, made with real mangoes and fresh lime juice.

My Creamy Cilantro Lime dressing, bottled and ready. It's a fresh and zesty dressing made with cilantro, lime, and garlic, perfect for salads or as a dip.

A jar of my Asian Honey Sesame dressing. The texture from the sesame seeds and minced ginger is visible, promising a punch of flavour.

My Jalapeño Honey Mustard dressing being poured over a garden salad. It adds a creamy texture with a sweet and spicy kick.

A pitcher of my fresh Kaanji, a traditional fermented probiotic drink made from black carrots and beetroot. It's tangy, savoury, and great for digestion.

A jar of Kaanji fermenting. You can see the deep, natural colour from the beetroots and carrots. I make this fresh to order.

About Fresh Salad Dressings & Ferments

These dressings and ferments are made in limited, small batches, so I typically recommend ordering a day or two in advance. Unlike store-bought versions, you won't find emulsifiers or stabilizers here, just natural separation and raw, honest flavors that need to be shaken well before use.

When you buy mass-produced dressings, you are often paying for shelf-life, not flavor. In my kitchen, I focus on the opposite. Whether it is the Creamy Cilantro Lime or the Jalapeño Honey Mustard, these are emulsions of fresh herbs, high-quality oils, and real produce. Because I do not use commercial stabilizers or artificial preservatives, you will notice the ingredients settle naturally. A quick shake is all it takes to bring the texture back to life.

My Kaanji is a different kind of project. It is a traditional, probiotic-rich fermented drink made from black carrots and beetroots. It is tangy, savory, and excellent for gut health. It is a true seasonal staple that I make fresh during the colder months.

Everything here is strictly made to order to ensure you get the freshest possible product. If you are planning a specific meal or need a certain flavor profile for a gathering, please let me know a day or two in advance so I can prepare a fresh batch for you. Whether you are dressing a summer garden salad or looking for a probiotic boost, everything I make is designed to be eaten, not stored on a shelf for months.

I'm Aarti. Everything I put in these jars, from the zingy cilantro lime dressing to my traditional fermented Kaanji, comes straight from my New Friends Colony kitchen. I don't use shortcuts or chemicals, just recipes I've learned over the years and ingredients I would happily serve at my own dinner table.
