About Workshops, Retreats & Collaborations

My workshops are strictly limited to 10-12 students, ensuring that I can provide the hands-on adjustments and individual attention necessary to safely explore advanced techniques. We do not rush; instead, we focus on the mechanics of breath and alignment, whether we are breaking down complex inversions or holding space for deep restorative work.

Why I Host These Intensives

Yoga was always my personal tool for balance, not something I planned to teach. These workshops are for students who want to go deeper than a standard 75-minute class allows. Whether you are struggling to find stability in a headstand or looking to release deep-seated stress through hip-opening sequences, these sessions offer the time and space to investigate your body's potential.

A Look at Our Workshops

  • Technical Masterclasses: We break down complex movements like arm balances or backbends, moving away from 'achieving the pose' to understanding how to build strength safely.
  • Thematic Rituals: From the 108 Sun Salutations marathon during International Yoga Day to Nada Yoga sessions that pair asana with live sitar music, these events are designed to charge the body with energy.
  • Collaborative Experiences: I often partner with brands that share my values, such as our 'Shuddhi' purification workshops or 'Reset Rituals' that combine face yoga, sound baths, and meditation for a holistic reset.
  • Retreats & Getaways: When we step away from the city, the practice transforms. Retreats in Goa or Bali are where we truly disconnect from the digital noise and immerse ourselves in silent practice, nature, and community.

The Space

Most workshops are hosted at my home shala in Panchsheel Park, a climate-controlled sanctuary with natural light. For larger masterclasses, I collaborate with curated spaces like The Quorum in Gurgaon, ensuring the environment always supports a calm, focused practice. Regardless of the location, the approach remains the same: we use props like yoga wheels and bolsters, not to cheat, but to support the body as it learns to surrender.
