My philosophy is simple: jab body mana kare, props madad karte hain (when the body says no, props help). We use tools not as a shortcut, but to practice smarter, ensuring correct alignment and making yoga accessible to every body type, regardless of stiffness or injury. This includes Chair Yoga for support, Wall Ropes for spinal decompression, and Blocks and Belts for alignment.
