About Additional Work & Classes
In my sessions, I use props like blocks and straps not to make it easy, but to keep it safe. If you have been struggling with back pain or stiffness, we do not force your body into poses. Instead, we use correct technique to help you find stability, even in advanced asanas.
Yoga is a practice of self-realization, not a competition. In my adult batches, we move beyond just exercise. We focus on Hatha and Vinyasa flow, but the goal remains the same: Tan, mann, aur atma—body, mind, and soul alignment. Whether you are dealing with chronic back pain, high blood pressure, or just the daily grind of city stress, we use therapeutic techniques to bring relief.
I ensure every student receives personal attention to correct alignment, using blocks, straps, and wall ropes to prevent injury and build sustainable strength. You do not need to be flexible to start; you just need to show up. We hold classes in my Rohini studio and regular outdoor sessions where we practice in nature, allowing the open space to calm the mind. If you cannot make it to the studio, join our online sessions where the same discipline and focus apply.
