We don't teach theory. You will learn how to control, submit, and defend yourself on the mats with real, battle-tested techniques.

A look at the art of Jiu-Jitsu. Here, we focus on technique, leverage, and timing to control and submit an opponent, regardless of their size. It's a physical chess match where every move counts.

This is a typical Jiu-Jitsu session at the lab. We start with drills to warm up the body and build muscle memory for key movements, then move into live rolling to test our skills under pressure.

We call this studying the Dark Arts for a reason. These invite-only sessions are for advanced grappling concepts, focusing on the intricate details of submissions and control.

Jiu-Jitsu is for everyone. It's a powerful tool for self-defense that empowers the smaller or weaker individual to protect themselves. We teach these principles in every class.

A coach demonstrates a triangle choke setup during a Jiu-Jitsu class. Understanding the mechanics of submissions is key to both applying them and defending against them effectively.

We believe in making learning fun and effective. Here, Coach Rahul uses a game-based drill to teach wrestling principles, improving reaction time and takedown skills in a dynamic way.

Coach Shaun leads an advanced wrestling class, focusing on scrambles, shooting for takedowns, and maintaining control. These are essential skills for any complete MMA fighter.

A coach breaks down a grappling technique for the class. We make sure everyone understands the 'why' behind the move, not just the 'how', to build true fight IQ.

Learning to escape bad positions is one of the first and most important skills in Jiu-Jitsu. Here we drill a series of mount escapes, focusing on energy conservation and creating opportunities for counter-attacks.

This is a glimpse of our pro-training sessions with Coach Ashwin. High-level grapplers from our team and Warrior's Cove come together to sharpen their skills against the best.

About The Ground Game: Jiu-Jitsu & Wrestling

You won't find treadmills or mirrors here. In our grappling sessions, we focus on the reality of the fight: maintaining control, escaping bad positions, and executing submissions. It is physical chess, and you will be drilling these moves with active fighters who know exactly how to pressure test them against you.

Jiu-Jitsu is the great equalizer. Whether you are prepping for a cage fight or just want to learn how to handle yourself, our ground game program covers it all. We split our time between Gi and No-Gi grappling, ensuring you develop a well-rounded skillset. You will learn to use leverage to manage bigger, stronger opponents, which is the core principle Helio Gracie drilled into the art.

On the wrestling side, we aren't just doing drills for points. We focus on takedowns, cage control, and the scrambles that happen when two fighters get tangled up. Our coaches are active competitors in promotions like MFN, so they aren't teaching you stuff from a textbook. They are teaching you what actually works in a fight.

You will train on high-density Tatami mats at our Vasant Kunj facility. It is not a spa; it is a place to sweat, learn, and grow. We expect consistency, not just intensity. Show up, put in the work, and you will get better.
