About The Gentle Art: BJJ & Wrestling

Most gyms teach you a sequence of steps, but here, we obsess over concepts. When you're locked in a scramble, you don't need a static move; you need to understand pressure, leverage, and timing. That is why we emphasize live sparring and wrestling drills—you will feel exactly why a technique works or fails the second you try it on the mat.

Concepts Over Cramming

Our philosophy is simple: Rato mat yaar, cheezein samjho bas. Don't just memorize the steps to an armbar or a double-leg takedown. Instead, we break down the 'why' behind the movement. Whether you are coming to us in Noida, Faridabad, or Saket, the focus remains the same—building a high-level combat IQ.

The Curriculum

  • Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ): We run both Gi and No-Gi sessions. We focus on the 'gentle art'—using your opponent's weight and momentum against them. You will learn to survive, escape, and eventually, dominate from the bottom or top position.
  • Wrestling for Combat: This isn't just Olympic wrestling; it's wrestling for MMA. We train takedowns, cage work, and scramble defense. You will learn how to secure the takedown or get back up to your feet when things get messy.
  • The Live Scramble: Theory is good, but live rolling is where the magic happens. We spend a significant portion of our classes in controlled sparring sessions. It is the only way to test if your technique holds up under pressure.

Who This Is For

It does not matter if you are a complete beginner who has never put on a Gi, or an experienced grappler looking to sharpen your competition game. The mat is a great equalizer. You will find a tribe that supports your growth, celebrates your wins, and helps you work through the losses. Leave the ego at the door, put on your gear, and get to work.
