About Our Facility & Schedules
Our schedule is designed to keep you moving. We balance technical drills, pad work, and live sparring in every 60-to-90-minute session. We operate out of two locations, Vasant Kunj and Vasant Vihar, so you can train where it’s convenient for you.
We keep our training simple but intense. At our Vasant Kunj facility, you get access to our MMA cage and dedicated strength area through our partnership with Calfunk. In Vasant Vihar, we run the same focused curriculum.
What to expect in class:
- Technical Work: We spend time drilling basics—footwork, takedowns, and submissions. If your technique isn't sharp, you can't fight.
- Live Sparring: We believe in pressure testing. Whether it’s Gi/No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu, striking, or wrestling, you’ll get to test your skills against different partners.
- Strength & Conditioning: We don't just do cardio; we lift. Our S&C sessions are built to make you durable and explosive.
Everything is included in your membership, and you’re free to use both facilities. If you’re a beginner, don't worry about the intensity—our coaches adjust the drills so you can learn safely while still being pushed. We have morning, afternoon, and evening slots to accommodate work and school schedules. Drop by, see a session in action, and jump in when you’re ready.
The Combat Lab
I'm Mohit, founder of The Combat Lab. We built this gym to be a place where anyone, from total beginners to pro fighters, can put in the work and get better. Our mats are open, our coaches are active fighters, and there's no ego—just training.
