About Restorative & Themed Workshops

These are not generic drop-in sessions where you show up and zone out. Our workshops, whether it is an 'Easing the Hips' intensive or a Mauni Amavasya silence practice, require you to bring your mental focus to the mat. We use props, guided journaling, and breathwork, but the real work of releasing tension happens within you. If you are looking for a quick fix, this is not it. If you are ready to put in the effort, you will find exactly what you need here.

Our Themed Approach

  • Sound Healing: We use vibrational therapy to quiet the mind. It is about deep listening and allowing the frequency to help you let go of daily stress.
  • Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep): This is a structured process of guided relaxation. You remain awake but enter a state between sleep and consciousness, which is highly effective for reducing anxiety and improving sleep quality.
  • Easing the Hips: We combine Vinyasa flow with prop-based work and journaling. We target the hips because that is where people tend to store emotional stress.
