Move beyond the basics with direct, hands-on guidance. We blend Ashtanga and Iyengar principles to help you master challenging postures safely through consistent, structured practice.

The journey to Bakasana, or Crane Pose, is a lesson in focus and trust. We teach you to build the necessary arm and core strength, showing that with consistent effort, you can achieve balance.

Using props like a chair to build strength for advanced arm balances. This modified Mayurasana (Peacock Pose) preparation strengthens the wrists, core, and back, making the full pose more accessible.

A student uses a yoga block to support her journey into Hanumanasana (front split). Props are intelligent tools, not crutches, that help the body open up safely and effectively.

A student practices Dhanurasana (Bow Pose), a deep backbend that strengthens the entire back of the body and opens the chest. A flexible spine is a sign of a youthful body.

A student demonstrates a deep Malasana (Garland Pose) with a twist. This pose is fundamental for hip flexibility and relieving lower back tension, a key focus in our hip opening workshops.

Progress in Urdhva Dhanurasana (Wheel Pose) using a chair for support. This shows our methodical approach to helping students safely achieve deep backbends over time.

This video documents a student's progress from June 2023. You can see the clear transformation in his strength and form, a direct result of his consistent practice and our guidance.

A student works on Garbha Pindasana, an advanced posture from the Ashtanga primary series. This pose requires significant hip flexibility and core control, which we build progressively in our classes.

Our teacher training student, Prerana, working on her front splits. Her dedication over 6 months shows how our training programs develop both personal practice and teaching skills.

A student holds a variation of Virabhadrasana III (Warrior III). This pose is a true test of strength, balance, and focus, all of which are pillars of our teaching methodology.

About Advanced Asana Workshops

You won't find shortcuts here. In our advanced workshops, we use props like wall ropes, blocks, and chairs to break down complex postures safely. We provide hands-on manual adjustments so you understand the alignment of every muscle, ensuring you build actual strength instead of just forcing your body into a pose.
