Inversions are not about showmanship. They are about stability, strength, and discipline. Whether you are working on Sirsasana or refining your handstand, our focus is on safe, step-by-step progression without shortcuts.

A student practices her headstand with my guidance. There is no magic and no shortcut to mastering inversions. It is only through consistency that you build the stability and trust to hold the pose.

From beginner to advanced, we have a path for you to learn handstands. This video shows wall assisted drills that build shoulder strength and body awareness, with flexible batches to fit your schedule.

A detailed tutorial on the entry into Sirsasana. I guide the student through each micro-movement, from walking the feet in to lifting the legs, ensuring a safe and controlled ascent.

Consistency is everything. Here, I assist a student in an advanced leg variation, building strength and stability against the wall. This is how we progress safely.

Every time you quit, you surrender to the old you. Here, I provide support to a student in Sirsasana, encouraging her to fight for the future self she deserves.

About Mastering Inversions: Headstands & Handstands

Forget the flashy Instagram poses. Here, we teach inversions from the ground up. We use wall-assisted drills, manual adjustments, and specific progression techniques so you are not just getting up, but building the actual core and shoulder strength to hold the pose safely. Theek hai? Start with the foundation, not the fear.

Inversions like Sirsasana (headstand) and Adho Mukha Vrksasana (handstand) require more than just gravity-defying balance. They require a stable foundation. Our approach is based on the reality of the practice. We do not promise magic. We guide you through the boring, repetitive work of alignment.

Our Inversion Methodology

We break down complex inversions into manageable steps:

  • Foundation: We start with proper shoulder and wrist preparation to prevent injury.
  • Wall Assistance: Using wall ropes (Kurunta), blocks, and straps, we allow you to experience the inversion without the fear of falling.
  • Core Engagement: You will learn to isolate your core, which is the secret to holding a stable handstand, rather than relying on momentum.
  • Manual Adjustments: I or our senior instructors provide direct, hands-on corrections during every session.

What to Expect

Whether you join our Advanced Weekend Technical Course or our drop-in sessions, the expectation is the same: show up. We run sessions at our studios across Bangalore, from JP Nagar and Jayanagar to Subramanyapura and Naagarabhaavi. We offer a 16-hour monthly module for serious practitioners looking to master peak poses.

Stop waiting for the perfect day. The perfect day is now. If you want to build strength, flexibility, and a calm mind, come practice with us.
