- Carbs? Bilkul kha sakte ho (Of course you can eat them), it’s about balance.
- Focus is always on realistic muscle gain nutrition and fat loss meal guidance, not crazy restrictions.
Process, Simple but Demanding
- First step: We talk about your goals, work routine, what you eat now.
- Then I make a personalized meal planning for weight loss, muscle gain, ya jo bhi aapka goal ho (or whatever your goal is).
- Daily check-ins: Send me your food pics, I’ll keep you accountable. Yeh thoda tough lag sakta hai (might feel tough), but it works.

Asli sukoon mujhe Hanuman Mandir jaake milta hai. Wahi se discipline aata hai. Setback ke bina comeback nahi hota.
