I focus on medical yoga to help manage conditions like PCOD, period pain, and hormonal imbalances. These movements support the female body, regulate cycles, and help you find sukoon (peace). Suno apne sharir ko.

If you are dealing with PCOS, hormonal imbalance, painful periods, or a weak uterus, this simple squatting flow can help. Practicing this for just two minutes daily can make a significant difference.

This 10-minute yoga routine is specifically designed for those with PCOD, PCOS, or irregular periods. It includes poses like Butterfly Pose to help regulate your system and bring balance.

The Malasana, or garland pose, offers so many benefits for women. This dynamic movement within the pose helps regulate periods, may aid in natural conception, reduces period pain, and strengthens the pelvic floor.

The Malasana walk is an excellent practice that every woman should consider adding to her routine. It helps promote regular periods, improves fertility, and can also aid with constipation.

Here are five yoga poses specifically for period pain relief. The sequence includes gentle poses like Butterfly Pose and Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclined Butterfly) to ease cramps and relax the lower back.

This gentle yoga sequence is designed to help with both period pain and the stress that often comes with it. Poses like Child's Pose can be incredibly soothing for the mind and body during your cycle.

Chakki Chalanasana, or the churning mill pose, is one of the best poses for managing PCOS and irregular periods. It also helps reduce belly fat and improves digestion by stimulating the abdominal organs.

About this collection

I don't just give you generic flow charts. When we work together, we look at the 'why'—whether it's managing specific hormonal imbalances like PCOD or finding relief from chronic period pain. We use targeted asanas like Malasana and Butterfly pose, but I also teach you exactly when to rest and how to modify based on your current cycle or pain levels. It's about building a consistent, sustainable practice that actually brings relief, not just sweat.

Beyond Stretching: Medical Yoga for Women

Yoga isn't just about bending your body into shapes; it's about understanding how those shapes affect your internal health. Many women come to me struggling with PCOD, irregular periods, or the physical stress of hormonal shifts. My approach is rooted in medical yoga, which treats the mat as a therapeutic space rather than a gym.

Why Technique Matters

If you have a weak uterus or are dealing with pelvic floor issues, doing the 'wrong' workout can actually make the pain worse. That is why I emphasize alignment over intensity. For example, when practicing the Butterfly pose or the Malasana squat, the goal isn't to force your body to the floor. It is about opening the hips and improving blood circulation to the pelvic region to help regulate your cycle.

How We Work Together

We focus on consistent, manageable routines that you can sustain:

  • Cycle-Specific Practice: We adjust your intensity based on where you are in your cycle. Some days call for gentle flows like Child’s Pose to manage cramps, while other days are for strengthening.
  • Targeted Asanas: We use poses like Chakki Chalanasana (churning mill pose) to stimulate abdominal organs and help with digestion and hormonal balance.
  • Prenatal Safety: For moms-to-be, there is no place for heroics. We focus on gentle warrior flows and triangle poses that build strength without compromising safety.

Listen to Your Body

My primary advice is always: Suno apne sharir ko. If a pose causes sharp pain, stop. Yoga is meant to be a tool for healing, not a test of your endurance. Whether you are looking to conceive naturally, manage thyroid issues, or just want to feel better during your period, we will find a sequence that works for your specific body.
