About Taekwondo Training
Why Taekwondo With Me
Taekwondo for me is not just kicks and punches - it's about how you use your mind. Poomsae jo karte ho, khel nahi hai (The forms you do, it's not just a sport). I take mental fitness seriously. If you ever get grabbed, ghabrana nahi hai (don’t panic). I teach you how to think, not just react.
What You’ll Actually Learn
- We go beyond basics. Every class mixes physical training and mental drills.
- Speed, stamina, strength, balance - we work on all. Expect to sweat.
- You’ll learn Olympic style Taekwondo - kicks, punches, plus proper stances, not just random moves.
- Sparring is a regular thing. We use full gear and I give feedback on technique and counter moves.
- Poomsae forms training is a huge part. Patterns like Taegeuk 4, and more, get practiced till they feel natural.
Who Can Join
I train everyone. Toddlers, teens, adults - if you can move and want to learn, you’re welcome.
Belts & Progression
Advancing from white to black belt isn’t just about showing up. I’ve set a clear grading test - oral, written, and practical, including board breaking. You earn every belt.
Where We Train
My dojang in Malad West is fully set up - matted floors, mirrors for checking your form, all gear ready. You’ll feel like you’re training for real.

My Story
Namaste, we’re Paatliputraa Taekwondo Academy. Some call us coach, some master, but honestly, we’re just martial arts junkies. Our roots go deep – Kukkiwon certified, 4th Dan, trained in South Korea. Taakat dimaag se aati hai (strength is from the mind), that’s our mantra. We push for mental fitness, not just kicks and punches. Whether it’s Mumbai dojang or biking through South India, learning never stops. Discipline, travel, and chasing Taekwondo perfection – that’s what you’ll get with us.
My Work
Taekwondo Training for All Ages - We teach kids, teens, and adults – full Taekwondo, from sparring drills to Poomsae and self-defense.
High-Energy Classes with Korean Commands - Expect a mix of Hana! Dul! Set! and clear English/Hindi instructions. We use ladders, rings, balance pods for agility.
Practical Self-Defense Workshops - No rules here – we train you for real-life situations. Panic mat karo (don’t panic), react and protect yourself.
Belt Promotion & Competition Prep - We prep students for belt tests and state/national championships. Technique and confidence are key.
Corporate Self-Defense Training - Special workshops for offices – practical self-defense anyone can use, no martial arts background needed.
