1-Day Women's Self-Defense Workshop
Workshop Format
- Duration: 3 Hours of hands-on training.
- Venue: Paatliputraa Academy Studio, Malad West (AC environment with matted flooring).
- Class Type: Single-day intensive session (typically weekends).
Defense Curriculum
- Ground Defense: Techniques to fight back when pinned to the ground using heels and knees.
- Anti-Abduction: Escaping wrist grabs, hair grabs, and bear hugs (rear attacks).
- Vital Striking: Neutralizing stronger opponents by targeting the neck, groin, and eyes.
- Improvised Weapons: Utilization of everyday items like keys and pens for defense.
Amenities
- Equipment: Usage of studio kicking bags and punching mitts.
- Safety: Supervision on EVA mats to prevent fall injuries.
- Documentation: Digital certificate of participation included.
Private 1-on-1 Combat Session

- Trainer: Direct 1-on-1 training with Master Sachin Kumar (No assistants).

I’m Sachin Kumar, and I run self-defense workshops shaped by years of Taekwondo mastery. This isn’t about sport or fancy moves – it’s about survival. When you’re in trouble, there are no rules. My training is all about giving you practical ways to protect yourself, both mentally and physically.
Mind Over Muscle
Usko mental fitness bolte hain (That’s called mental fitness). Staying calm is half the battle. I’ll help you train your mind so you don’t freeze up under pressure. When someone grabs you, ghabrana nahi hai (don’t panic) – use your brain first. We work on technique and leverage, not brute strength, so size doesn’t matter.

We practice real-life self-defense scenarios, not textbook stuff.
- How to escape grabs and holds
- Knife threat and weapon defense (getting out of danger, not heroics)
- Ground attack defense skills, especially vital for women

My Story
Namaste, we’re Paatliputraa Taekwondo Academy. Some call us coach, some master, but honestly, we’re just martial arts junkies. Our roots go deep – Kukkiwon certified, 4th Dan, trained in South Korea. Taakat dimaag se aati hai (strength is from the mind), that’s our mantra. We push for mental fitness, not just kicks and punches. Whether it’s Mumbai dojang or biking through South India, learning never stops. Discipline, travel, and chasing Taekwondo perfection – that’s what you’ll get with us.
My Work
Taekwondo Training for All Ages - We teach kids, teens, and adults – full Taekwondo, from sparring drills to Poomsae and self-defense.
High-Energy Classes with Korean Commands - Expect a mix of Hana! Dul! Set! and clear English/Hindi instructions. We use ladders, rings, balance pods for agility.
Practical Self-Defense Workshops - No rules here – we train you for real-life situations. Panic mat karo (don’t panic), react and protect yourself.
Belt Promotion & Competition Prep - We prep students for belt tests and state/national championships. Technique and confidence are key.
Corporate Self-Defense Training - Special workshops for offices – practical self-defense anyone can use, no martial arts background needed.
