About Karate Training
Why Karate Means So Much to Me
Karate is more than kicks and punches. For me, it's all about dil se (wholeheartedly) giving your best and letting the sport shape you. I want you to take the lessons from karate and use them every day - discipline, confidence, and staying ziddi (stubborn) when life gets tough.
What We Actually Do in Class
From day one, I focus on building strength and fitness. We warm up, stretch, and push our limits. Discipline is the base, always. In every session, you’ll see us working on kata practice sessions to nail technique and boost concentration. Kids get their own kumite (sparring) time, with safety gear and lots of cheers. And yes, self-defense skills for girls are a priority – I want every girl to feel she can stand up for herself, anytime.
Progress, Tournaments, Community
Our karate belt progression is clear and step-by-step. You move from white to black, with real exams and certificates from ASSKA. For those who want more, tournament karate coaching is available - some of my youngest students have bagged medals! We celebrate wins, learn from losses, and always support each other.
The Class Vibe
I’m always learning myself, and I want every student to feel they belong. After serious training, we have our fun time too. It’s not just a class – it’s a community. Come join us, and let’s see how far you can go.

My Story
Some call me Advocate, others know me as Karate Black Belt. I’m both, and I love it. Dil ye ziddi hai for karate – my heart’s stubborn for this sport. It’s not just kicks and punches, it’s discipline, strength, and confidence. My favourite part? Watching my little karatekas get their new belts, cheering at tournaments. I always say, teach your girls to punch when needed – strong girls, happy hearts. Inspiring with karate, that’s my thing.
My Work
Karate Classes for Kids & Adults - I teach karate in Malwani, Malad West - basics, Nunchucks, Kata, belt exams, tournaments, and self-defense for girls.
Karate for Life, Not Just Points - We learn discipline, confidence, and have fun too. After tough classes, we chill with colouring and games.
Strength & Focus for Everyone - My classes build strong, confident karatekas. Kids, adults, beginners—all welcome. Fall down, get up, repeat.
Celebrating Every Belt & Medal - Watching students move from white to black belt, winning medals, that’s the real joy. So proud of my karatekas!
