This is where the real work happens. You are training in a basement setup on professional foam mats, where the focus is strictly on technique, sparring, and building grit. We run six days a week, and this is not a hobby class—every session demands your full attention and effort.
At TaeCross, we believe fighting spirit matters more than your starting point. Whether you are a total beginner or an experienced practitioner, our sessions are designed to push you past your limits through live sparring drills and technical conditioning.
What to Expect
- 6 Days a Week Training: Consistency is key to our routine. Our sessions are high-energy, mixing Kickboxing, MMA takedowns, and functional strength exercises.
- Safety First: We use high-quality EVA foam mats in our basement facility. While the training is intense, we prioritize safety by using proper protective gear during all combat drills.
- Community: You are training with a group of 15 to 20 students. This environment keeps the energy high and forces you to stay accountable.
Membership Options
We offer flexibility for your commitment level:
- Monthly Standard: Ideal if you are just starting your fitness journey. You get unlimited access to all evening classes.
- Quarterly Warrior Package: If you are serious about fighting or long-term conditioning, this 3-month plan saves you 20-25% and makes you eligible for district-level fight selection.
A Quick Note on Gear
Come ready to sweat. While we provide access to heavy bags, focus mitts, and shields, you will need to bring your own hand wraps and gum shields for safety. If you have any doubt about whether you can handle the intensity, just come for the free trial week and see for yourself.
