Why I Teach Yoga

At TaeCross Sports Academy, I see yoga as a way to unlock your inner champion. For me, it's not just about stretching or sitting still - it's about building discipline and real strength, inside and out. I keep things simple but intense, so you feel the difference from day one. Discipline aur strength toh sabse zaroori hai (discipline and strength matter most).

What Happens in Class

  • Group sessions that welcome all levels - beginners to pros
  • Asanas for flexibility, core strength, and balance
  • Meditation time to help manage anxiety and calm your mind
  • Stress management, not just talk - we actually do it
  • Sometimes we go beyond basics, with handstands or chin stands for those who want a challenge

I help you use yoga for more than just fitness:

  • PCOD/PCOS relief with targeted therapeutic yoga
  • Chronic pain relief (knees, back, neck)
  • Heart health support and building energy, especially in winter
  • Routines to fight laziness and boost your morning energy

Who Can Join

Doesn’t matter if you’re young, old, stiff, or flexible. If you’re ready to show up, I’ll make sure you feel at home. Bas shuru karo, phir dekho (Just start, then see for yourself).

Why Morning Classes

My Story

Namaste, hum TaeCross Academy se hain. Martial arts aur yoga, mere liye sirf fitness nahi, ek meditation hai. Jo final pose dikhta hai, uske peeche bohot mehnat chhupi hoti hai. Yahi soch hamari academy mein hai. Har kisi ke andar ek champion hai, especially bachon mein. Discipline, focus, confidence - yehi sikhate hain, taaki wo khud par bharosa kar sake. Medals toh students jeet-te hain, asli jeet unka character hai.

My Work

What We Teach - Taekwondo, yoga, MMA, self defence, weight loss, gymnastics, aur overall fitness - sabke liye.

Sabke Liye (For Everyone) - 3 se 50 tak, beginner ho ya pro, humare yahan sabka swagat hai. No age limit.

Champions Banate Hain - Training tough hai, hobby class nahi. National championship coaching aur experienced instructors.

Free Trial Week - Ek hafta free try karo. Aao, dekho, feel karo, phir socho join karna hai ya nahi.
