At TaeCross Academy, we strip away the fluff. You will not find shortcuts here. We start with the basics, focusing on proper footwork, stance, and balance. It does not matter if you have never stepped into a gym before; we guide you through every movement to ensure your strikes are effective and safe.
The Training Methodology
Our curriculum flows from technical basics to advanced combinations. We use heavy bags, kicking shields, and focus mitts to help you understand the physics of your strikes. In our classes, we emphasize:
- Form First: Every kick and punch is corrected to build muscle memory that holds up under pressure.
- Progression: Once your form is locked in, we move to live sparring drills in our Sangam Vihar facility.
- Safety: We use professional-grade EVA foam mats to ensure you can train hard without worrying about the landing.
