Welcome to my Kids Summer Camp, a place where fitness is all about fun and discovery. This video gives you a peek into our daily activities, from creative art sessions that unlock imagination to dynamic floor exercises and the unique thrill of aerial yoga.
Watch the pure joy and confidence build as kids learn to fly in my aerial yoga classes. Using soft, supportive hammocks, they develop strength, balance, and flexibility in a completely new and exciting way. It’s a favorite here at the studio.
My kickboxing basics class is a fantastic way for kids to channel their energy positively. In a supervised and safe setting, they learn discipline, focus, and coordination while practicing punches and kicks on pads.
I believe in nurturing both body and mind. Here you can see a moment from our kids' yoga session, where we use playful poses and simple mindfulness techniques to help children feel calm, centered, and happy.

At Zingara, we ditch the scoreboard. Whether your child is doing aerial yoga or kickboxing, our focus is on building confidence through play. We see fitness as a way to help them express themselves rather than just burning energy, which is why our classes are kept in small, safe groups with constant supervision.
We built Zingara Studio in Ashok Vihar to be a space where kids actually look forward to showing up. Our approach moves far beyond traditional exercise routines. We combine high-energy dance fitness with mindfulness practices like Bal Sanskar Yoga, which weaves storytelling, moral lessons, and traditional chants into the routine.
For those who crave a challenge, our aerial yoga program lets children flip, climb, and hang using professional-grade hammocks. Every movement is safely supervised to ensure they build core strength and flexibility without the risk of injury. We also run kickboxing basics, giving kids a structured way to channel their energy, learn discipline, and practice coordination on pads.
Our programs cater to children aged 5 to 15, maintaining small batch sizes—with a 1:8 ratio for apparatus work—so every child gets the personalized attention they need. Whether it is our comprehensive summer activity camp or our regular after-school sessions, the goal remains the same: creating a supportive environment where kids can find their own groove, improve their focus, and make friends. No pressure, just progress.
