We don't just put kids in hammocks and hope for the best. Every class starts with a safety-first routine using four-inch thick crash mats and individual hammock adjustments to match your child's height. We keep our groups capped at ten students, so whether it's their first time or their fiftieth, we are right there spotting them as they learn to flip, swing, and trust their own strength.
At LeviFly, we’ve found that the best way to help children grow is to remove the pressure of being perfect. When you step into our DLF Phase 1 studio, you won't see kids obsessing over alignment. Instead, you'll hear laughter and the sound of fabric rustling as they explore new ways to move.
We start every session by grounding ourselves on the mat. We practice foundational poses like cobra or bow to build the core stability needed for the air. Only once they are ready do we move to the silks. You might hear us say, 'Chalo, ab hum log fabric ko hold karenge,' guiding them into their first cocoon or inversion. It is all about one breath, one step, and one wobble at a time.
Our classes for ages 8 to 14 are about more than just a workout. We focus on:
- Physical Resilience: Building grip strength and spinal flexibility without the strain of traditional heavy lifting.
- Mindfulness: Learning to calm a fidgety mind by finding stillness while floating.
- Community: Watching kids help each other up, share a giggle during a tumble, and celebrate each other's progress.
We offer both drop-in trials and monthly memberships, ensuring that whether your child needs a one-off burst of fun or a consistent place to build a new habit, there is a spot for them here. Our space is fully air-conditioned and designed to be a safe, welcoming sanctuary where they can be exactly who they are.
