You do not need to be fit to start here. We use professional taped hoops and industrial-grade crash mats so you can focus entirely on learning the moves, not on the fear of falling. Every session is led by a coach who spots you through every inversion, ensuring you build that grip strength safely while having a good time with the crew.

The Lyra, or Aerial Hoop, is where artistry meets raw physical conditioning. When you train with us in Yelahanka, you are not just working on aesthetics. You are developing functional core stability, upper body power, and flexibility that translates to everything else you do. Our sessions cover everything from basic mounting and grip techniques to complex flow sequences. If you are a beginner, we start with the fundamentals on low-rigged hoops to get you comfortable with the apparatus. For those looking for a challenge, we introduce advanced inversions and partner duo tricks. We keep our group classes rotation-based to manage fatigue and maintain safety, while our private coaching allows for rapid skill acquisition if you have a specific goal like a performance or a tricky drop. The studio is a non-AC warehouse space with high ceilings, plenty of fans, and a community vibe that feels more like a family than a gym.
