About Aerial Silks: Strength & Artistry

Our classes are capped at 8 to 12 students, which means you get direct attention from the instructor while learning to climb and wrap. You’ll be sharing rigging points with just two others, so you get plenty of time on the fabric to practice your moves without feeling rushed.

We run our aerial silks sessions right in the heart of the Siri Fort Indoor Stadium. With high ceilings and professional-grade crash mats beneath every rigging point, it’s a space where you can focus on form and safety. Whether you’re interested in Vayu Yoga for deep flexibility or want to tackle the physical challenge of aerial silks, the environment is supportive.

What to Expect

In every 60-minute session, we focus on fundamental techniques—climbs, wraps, and inversions. You don’t need prior experience. You’ll see total beginners training alongside regulars. We emphasize safe progression, ensuring you build the core and upper body strength needed for more dynamic sequences.

How It Works

We offer flexible options depending on your goals. If you just want to test the waters, our drop-in sessions are perfect. If you’re planning to build a consistent practice, our 10-Class Priority Pass lets you bypass the standby queue and guarantee your spot. For those who want to cross-train, our Unlimited Membership covers aerials, climbing, and parkour at the facility.

Remember to bring your own water and towel, as we focus on keeping things simple. We don’t provide personal lockers, so travel light. Classes generally run in the evenings and on weekends, but keep an eye on our schedule, as timings can shift.
