Architecture is a conversation with the city, not a shout. From apartments overlooking the Mumbai sea to retreats in Alibag, our featured projects reveal our commitment to honest materials and context-driven design.

This is what we mean by framing a view. In this Mumbai apartment, the open-plan living space is designed to draw the eye outwards, making the Arabian Sea a permanent part of the home's decor. The design uses flexible partitions and a minimal aesthetic to ensure nothing distracts from the horizon.

The dining area at The Mango House in Alibag is the heart of the home. Here, exposed brick walls, a double-height ceiling with terracotta tiles, and a large wooden table create a space that is both grand and grounded, perfect for conversations that last for hours.

Our own studio, The Loft, is a testament to our love for adaptive reuse. We transformed a space within a 100-year-old Victorian building in South Bombay, exposing the original brick arches and wooden beams to create a workspace that is open, inspiring, and bathed in natural light.

A bedroom should be a sanctuary. For the 'Pad by the Bay' project, we layered textures and warm materials like oak veneer and plush fabrics to create a serene retreat. The space is designed for rest, with curated art and soft lighting completing the calm atmosphere.

Design is nothing without the people who bring it to life. We have immense respect for our craftsmen, the 'maliks' of their trade. It is because of their skill and dedication, working alongside us for years, that we can achieve this level of finishing and detail in our projects.

We believe architecture must respond to its environment. This conceptual rendering for 'The Estate' in Ballard Estate reimagines a neglected public space, turning it into a vibrant community hub with seating and green pockets, all while respecting the area's heritage.

The design process is a hands-on conversation. Here, we are on-site, brainstorming the finer details, finishes, and materials for a new residence. It's in these moments, amidst the chaos of construction, that a project's true character is defined.

We love it when architecture disappears. For the 5 Element House, the design dissolves into the landscape, with an infinity pool that merges with Pavna Lake. This transparency is central to our work; we let the space breathe and the user lead.

We treat every project as a hands-on dialogue. When you see our work, you are seeing the result of countless hours spent on-site with our craftsmen, tweaking details and testing materials. We do not rush this process because architecture, much like the city itself, needs time to breathe and find its own rhythm.

This view of the Baia Villas in Goa captures the essence of our work. I designed the space to be a complete sensory experience, where the vibrant peach walls, the cool water, and the geometric patterns create a dialogue between playful color and serene architecture. It is a modern interpretation of the authentic Goan life.8
I believe a master suite should be a sanctuary. In this open-plan design, I blended the bedroom and bathroom, using a dramatic terrazzo finish and a vaulted wood ceiling to create a space that feels both grand and intimate. It is a study in texture, light, and luxurious tranquility.
For the Tellado Villas, the goal was to create a confluence of social spaces. This open-plan dining and kitchen area uses bold forms, like the sculptural dining island and dramatic black marble, contrasted with the warmth of a wooden ceiling. It is a space designed for gathering, conversation, and shared experiences.

Where architecture meets atmosphere, this living room at our flagship Palais Royale project is designed to exhale serenity. The space is defined not by grandeur, but by grace, with lime wash-textured walls and tempest white marble floors that reflect light softly, allowing the sea view to take center stage.10
A view from within the heart of Palais Royale, looking up through India’s tallest residential atrium. This 215-meter central void is a feat of structural ingenuity, creating a breathtaking sense of scale and drawing light through the core of the 88-floor tower.
At Palais Royale, poolside leisure is paired with resort ease and metropolitan poise. A crystalline ribbon of water is framed by private cabanas and palm-lined greenery, creating a refined Tropicana vibe with a material palette of honed stone, warm wood accents, and softly gleaming metal details.
In this plush bedroom at Lodha World View, seamless marble cladding elegantly conceals structural columns, creating a fluid and uninterrupted aesthetic. This meticulous attention to detail transforms the bedroom into a tranquil retreat, where our mastery of precision craftsmanship radiates sophistication and calm.

This double-height living room in our Mango Orchard House project embodies our design ethos. Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows dissolve the barrier between the interior and the lush landscape, while the minimalist design allows natural light and the surrounding greenery to become the primary features of the space.8
In this urban apartment, we balanced a neutral, textured palette with bold, sculptural furniture and vibrant art. The design creates a sophisticated living area that feels both dynamic and inviting, with large windows framing the city skyline.
We design spaces that extend living into the outdoors. This covered terrace, featuring a slatted pergola that creates a beautiful play of light and shadow, provides a seamless transition from the living room to the garden, perfect for relaxation and entertaining.
We believe even functional elements can be art. This dog-legged staircase, crafted from rich teak wood and accented with brass, is a sculptural centerpiece that also cleverly incorporates hidden storage, demonstrating our focus on integrated and thoughtful design.

This living room from our 'Summer Haus' project, featured by Elle Decor, embodies our approach to creating vibrant, layered spaces that tell a story. We collaborated with Josmo Studio to craft a cinematic experience, blending bold color, custom furniture, and lush textures to reflect the homeowners' creative spirit.10
For the Pavilion House, we designed a serene retreat that merges with the landscape. This living area showcases our minimalist aesthetic, using a monochrome palette, curated black wood furniture, and expansive glass walls to create a tranquil space for contemplation and connection with nature.

We conceptualized the JOSMO furniture store in Worli as an experiential gallery. This view captures the fluid design, where sculptural concrete platforms and flowing overhead installations guide visitors through a curated symphony of textures, objects, and contemporary furniture pieces.

This double-height living room in a Khandala weekend home was designed to be a grand yet intimate space for family gatherings. The large windows frame the picturesque valley views, seamlessly blending the indoors with the outdoors and creating an atmosphere of expansive tranquility.10
The living area of 'The Grey House', a duplex apartment in Mumbai. We embraced a minimalist aesthetic with a monochromatic grey palette, using textured walls and clean-lined furniture to create a space that is both sophisticated and calming. The double-height ceiling enhances the sense of openness and light.
In our Alibaug villa project, 'Ekaant', we used an exposed brick wall, arched doorways, and custom log-wood tables to create an earthy, rustic feel. The design is inspired by the Indian countryside and Balinese aesthetic, focusing on natural materials and organic shapes for a tranquil getaway.
The master bedroom in 'The House of Arcs' features a fluid, curved headboard in a metallic finish, creating a soft, enveloping feel. This space is a perfect example of our approach to quiet luxury, where subtle textures and forms create a harmonious and restful environment.

We designed this double-height living room in Aamby Valley to be a statement of contemporary luxury. The expansive windows and soaring ceilings create a sense of grandeur, while the carefully arranged seating areas maintain an atmosphere of warmth and intimacy, perfect for both large gatherings and quiet evenings.7
This bathroom blurs the line between indoors and outdoors, creating a private spa experience. The design incorporates a sunken jacuzzi, dual vanities, and a glass wall that opens to a secluded garden, allowing our client to connect with nature while enjoying modern comforts.
First impressions are crucial. For this Malad office, we designed a reception area that communicates professionalism and modern elegance. The combination of a marble feature wall, a minimalist desk, and warm, ambient lighting creates a welcoming and impressive entry point for clients and employees.
