This double-height living room in our Mango Orchard House project embodies our design ethos. Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows dissolve the barrier between the interior and the lush landscape, while the minimalist design allows natural light and the surrounding greenery to become the primary features of the space.
In this urban apartment, we balanced a neutral, textured palette with bold, sculptural furniture and vibrant art. The design creates a sophisticated living area that feels both dynamic and inviting, with large windows framing the city skyline.
We design spaces that extend living into the outdoors. This covered terrace, featuring a slatted pergola that creates a beautiful play of light and shadow, provides a seamless transition from the living room to the garden, perfect for relaxation and entertaining.
We believe even functional elements can be art. This dog-legged staircase, crafted from rich teak wood and accented with brass, is a sculptural centerpiece that also cleverly incorporates hidden storage, demonstrating our focus on integrated and thoughtful design.
This master bedroom is designed as a serene retreat, with large windows opening directly to the landscape. The clean lines, natural materials, and uncluttered layout create a tranquil atmosphere that promotes rest and connection with the outdoors.
Passageways in our designs are more than just corridors; they are curated experiences. Here, a gallery wall of contemporary Indian art is set against a backdrop of warm, recycled Burma teak flooring, with a glass wall offering a glimpse into a light-filled interior courtyard.

We prioritize material honesty in every project, meaning we do not hide the natural warmth of recycled Burma teak or local stone under layers of finish. Whether it is a monolithic villa in Karamsad or an urban apartment in Khar, our focus remains on creating spaces that breathe and age gracefully.
Our approach to residential architecture is defined by a deep respect for the site and the materials we employ. In our Mango Orchard House project, this meant mapping every existing tree before placing a single stone, allowing the building to exist in harmony with the orchard rather than replacing it. We use monolithic forms and open-to-sky courtyards to pull natural light deep into the home, ensuring that internal spaces are as connected to the landscape as the terraces.
In our urban projects, like the West Coast Residence, we apply this same rigor to apartment living. By utilizing elements like sliding partitions and concealed storage, we remove visual noise, creating a backdrop where light and texture become the main occupants. We favor recycled Burma teak and local stone not just for their aesthetic warmth, but because they age with the home, adding character over time. Every element, from the brass detailing on a staircase to the shadow gaps in our ceilings, is planned to minimize energy use and maintenance, providing a living environment that is both intellectually grounded and inherently comfortable.
