Our Featured Architectural & Interior Projects
A look at our signature design philosophy, spanning luxury Mumbai apartments to rustic weekend villas. Every space we create is a personal sanctuary, built to reflect the lives of those who live within its walls.
This double-height living room in a Khandala weekend home was designed to be a grand yet intimate space for family gatherings. The large windows frame the picturesque valley views, seamlessly blending the indoors with the outdoors and creating an atmosphere of expansive tranquility.
The living area of 'The Grey House', a duplex apartment in Mumbai. We embraced a minimalist aesthetic with a monochromatic grey palette, using textured walls and clean-lined furniture to create a space that is both sophisticated and calming. The double-height ceiling enhances the sense of openness and light.
In our Alibaug villa project, 'Ekaant', we used an exposed brick wall, arched doorways, and custom log-wood tables to create an earthy, rustic feel. The design is inspired by the Indian countryside and Balinese aesthetic, focusing on natural materials and organic shapes for a tranquil getaway.
The master bedroom in 'The House of Arcs' features a fluid, curved headboard in a metallic finish, creating a soft, enveloping feel. This space is a perfect example of our approach to quiet luxury, where subtle textures and forms create a harmonious and restful environment.
A powder room should make a statement. For this luxury apartment, we used book-matched marble with dramatic veining, paired with a custom gold-finished basin and black marble countertop. It's a small space designed for maximum impact.
The spiral staircase in 'The Grey House' is more than just a functional element; it's a sculptural centerpiece. The clean lines of the warm wooden steps contrast with the smooth white walls, creating a visual journey between the two levels of the duplex.
For us, function is paramount. In this apartment, we transformed a long 35-foot corridor into a powerhouse of storage. We designed cleverly concealed cabinets for everything from shoes to washing machines, ensuring the passage remains neat and clutter-free while serving the family's practical needs.
We believe a workspace should be inspiring. For the 'Sepalika' office, we broke away from conventional design, using a live-edge wood community table, cane partitions, and biophilic elements to create a calm, comfortable, and interactive environment that feels more like a living room.
This bespoke bar unit is a piece of functional art. The cabinet is clad in brass panels that were treated with a chemical process to accelerate oxidation at different rates. The result is a beautiful patchwork of varied metallic tones that adds warmth and character to the living space.
In this 4BHK luxury apartment in Lower Parel, we balanced a royal aesthetic with modern comfort. The living room features a mix of textures, from a quilted feature wall to Patagonia marble and bespoke furniture, all while maximizing the stunning views of the Mumbai skyline.
About Featured
When we design a home, we don't just fill it with furniture. Take our 35-foot corridor project in a Mumbai apartment; we treated the passage as a utility powerhouse, concealing everything from washing machines to shoe racks, so the living space stays completely clutter-free.
We believe in timeless design over temporary trends. Whether we are working on a 4BHK in Lower Parel or a weekend villa in Alibaug, our approach remains grounded in practical reality. We often hear clients worry about storage limitations or awkward structural columns. Our response is never to patch over the problem with quick fixes. Instead, we re-engineer the layout.
In our Grey House project, we utilized exposed concrete and a monochromatic palette to define spaces, while in our Alibaug project, Ekaant, we leaned into natural brick and stone to create an earthy connection. We are a family-run team, which means when you work with us, you are getting multiple perspectives on every decision. We obsess over the details, from the oxidation on a brass bar unit to the way light hits a fluted headboard, because we know these are the things that make a house feel like a home. We do not do cookie-cutter luxury. We build spaces that can handle a life well-lived.
