Pilates was originally developed by a man, Joseph Pilates, to build strength and control. It is especially beneficial for men as it targets deep core muscles and counteracts tightness from other sports.

Prenatal Pilates focuses on core strength, a strong pelvic floor, and improved posture. These gentle exercises help ease pregnancy aches and prepare your body for delivery.

Postnatal Pilates is designed to help you safely regain core strength after delivery. We focus on improving pelvic floor health and restoring proper alignment as your body recovers.

From pre-natal preparation to post-natal recovery, Pilates provides strength for every stage of motherhood. We support you with balanced, stable, and caring movements.

Pilates is ideal for our geriatric clients because it involves low-impact, controlled exercises. It's a safe way for seniors to maintain independence and quality of life by improving balance, strength, and mobility.

Pilates for Men

Many men come to me struggling with tightness from weightlifting or desk jobs. We use the Reformer and stability chair to target the deep core and back muscles that standard gym routines miss. It’s not about how heavy you lift; it’s about moving with control and creating a body that lasts.

Pre-Natal & Post-Natal Support

Motherhood changes your body in profound ways. My pre-natal sessions focus on pelvic floor health and posture to ease pregnancy aches. Post-delivery, we focus on safe, gentle realignment to restore your core strength. You are never pushed to 'bounce back'; we go at a pace that respects your recovery.

Geriatric Mobility & Rehab

For my senior clients, the goal is simple: independence. We work on balance, proprioception, and joint mobility to reduce fall risks and manage conditions like arthritis or Parkinson's. I offer assisted movement to make sure you feel safe and supported during every session.

The Diagnostic Difference

I don't start you on a machine on day one. We begin with a 60-minute diagnostic assessment to map your gait, spinal alignment, and injury history. From there, we build a roadmap that actually works for you. If you can't do a movement, we don't skip it; we find a modification that gets the job done. Every small win—'thoda bhi nahi kar paye but kiya' (even if you couldn't do much, you still did it)—is a step forward.
