The original Gyrotonic® Leg Extension unit allows you to strengthen, lengthen, and align all in one smooth spiral of motion. We are proud to be the first studio in India to offer this transformative system.

The original Gyrotonic® Jump Stretch Board combines rebound and resistance to tone, strengthen, and improve coordination. It allows you to jump without impact and stretch without strain.

About this collection

Unlike standard weight training that compresses your joints, the Gyrotonic® system uses pulley towers to create traction. When you work with me in the studio, we are not just doing reps; we are finding specific 'Arch and Curl' sequences that decompress your spine while engaging your core. It is the only equipment where you will actually feel taller and lighter the moment you step off the machine.

I started SRA Pilates with a vision to move beyond the limitations of regular gyms. Being the first in India to introduce the full Gyrotonic® system—including the Jump-Stretch Board and the Leg Extension Unit—allows me to offer a different kind of freedom to my clients.

Whether you are joining me at our Bandra or Chembur studio, the focus remains on 'mindful movement.' Many of my clients come here after hitting a plateau with traditional workouts, or because they are dealing with chronic stiffness that standard lifting only makes worse. Gyrotonic® changes that by emphasizing spiral and circular movement patterns that nourish the joints rather than wearing them down.
