Whether you are using the Reformer for injury recovery or the Combo Chair for targeted core work, every piece is adjusted to your height, mobility, and specific needs so you never feel out of your depth.

Why Specialized Equipment Matters

Many people think Pilates is just a mat workout. While mat work is the foundation and incredibly challenging, apparatus work—using the Reformer, Ladder Barrel, or Combo Chair—changes the game. These machines provide external support and resistance that help you isolate muscles you didn't even know were weak. They are not just 'fitness gear'; they are systems designed to guide your body into the correct alignment.

Our Studio Setup

We provide a complete setup at both our Bandra and Chembur locations to support your specific journey:

  • The Reformer: This is our workhorse. With its adjustable springs and movable carriage, it offers the resistance and support needed for everyone, from absolute beginners to those rehabbing serious injuries. It is the gold standard for restoring muscle balance.
  • The Combo Chair: This is excellent for functional strength. It helps us target muscle groups that traditional machines often miss. If you want to work on stability for daily life tasks, this is where we start.
  • The Ladder Barrel: This is my go-to for spinal mobility. If you have a desk job and feel 'stiff' in your back, this apparatus allows for gentle, controlled extensions that relieve tension better than any static stretch.
  • Gyrotonic Expansion System: We were the first in India to bring this in. It is completely different from Pilates—think of it as fluid, circular movement that creates space in your joints. If you feel compressed or achy, this is where you will feel the most relief.

We don't do 'one-size-fits-all'. You won't walk in and be told to just 'do this'. We assess where your body is today—not where it was last month—and pick the equipment that will help you move safely and effectively. Whether we use the Tower for spinal articulation or the Chair for pelvic stability, the goal is always to get you moving with intelligence.
