About this collection

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all routines, especially when you are in pain. Before we even step onto the reformer, I conduct a 60-minute diagnostic assessment to map your spine, gait, and injury history. This allows us to modify every movement, ensuring we build strength without aggravating your specific condition, whether it is sciatica, scoliosis, or simple post-work stiffness.

My approach to rehabilitation is built on the philosophy that progress is not about perfection. You might hear me say, 'thoda bhi nahi kar paye but kiya' (even if you couldn't do much, you still did it), because every small step is a victory in your healing journey.

We use a full suite of classical and modern apparatus—including the Reformer, Cadillac, and EXO Chair—to provide controlled resistance.
