How the Live Coaching Works We do not rely on pre-recorded videos where your form could be wrong. Our live online workout sessions allow us to see you in real-time. If your squat form is off or your posture is shaky, we correct you instantly, just like we would in a physical studio. You get the personalized exercise plans of a personal trainer with the convenience of working out from your living room.
