For many of my clients, Pilates is rehabilitation. It's a gentle yet powerful method to rebuild strength, improve flexibility, and restore balance, especially after an injury or while managing chronic pain.
Post-session stretching is crucial for recovery and flexibility. Here, I'm using the reformer to help a client achieve a deep, supported hamstring stretch, allowing the body to lengthen without strain.

About this collection
I keep my class sizes intentionally small because I need to see exactly how your spine moves, how you breathe, and where you're compensating. Whether you are dealing with chronic back pain or are recovering from an injury, we do not use a cookie-cutter routine. Every session is a conversation between your body and the equipment, and I am there to make sure you are working safely, not just working hard.
My studio is a place where you switch off the outside noise and focus on what your body actually needs. I started SRA so people would feel supported, not lost in a crowded gym. Whether you are walking in with a specific injury like sciatica or just want to fix your desk-job posture, my goal is to teach you how to move with intelligence.

- Personalized Rehab: I work extensively with conditions like Scoliosis, arthritis, and back pain. We do not push through pain. We identify where your compensation patterns are and correct them with slow, controlled movements.
- Advanced Equipment: We were the first to bring the full Gyrotonic® system to India. Using the Jump-Stretch Board and Pulley Tower, we can open up your joints and build functional strength without the jarring impact of heavy weights.
- Mindset over Perfection: There is a phrase I use often: "thoda bhi nahi kar paye but kiya." It means even if you could not do much today, you still showed up. That is the win. We celebrate the effort, not just the result.
