Pilates is about movement that supports your life stage, whether you are managing chronic pain, training for a run, or staying steady as you age. We adapt every session to your unique physical needs.

This video demonstrates a series of safe and effective exercises for older adults. My geriatric programs focus on improving balance, strength, and flexibility to help seniors maintain their independence and prevent falls.

For runners, strength training is crucial for injury prevention and performance. This video shows exercises like side planks and skater lunges that build core stability and glute strength, which are essential for an efficient running gait.

For clients with Parkinson's disease, I focus on exercises that improve balance, coordination, and motor control. This image shows a deep breathing exercise, which is a foundational element for managing symptoms and improving quality of life.

This infographic addresses a common concern for runners: osteoarthritis. Evidence shows that recreational running is safe for joint cartilage, and a physiotherapist can guide you on how to run safely to protect your joints.

About this collection

Unlike generic fitness classes, our approach is clinical. We screen your movement patterns—looking at your gait, joint range, and existing stiffness—before prescribing any exercise. If you are joining for injury rehabilitation, we start with one-on-one sessions to ensure your spine is protected and your load is appropriate, moving to group classes only when your body is ready for that level of intensity.

Why Physio-Led Pilates Matters

Standard Pilates follows a set routine. At our studio, we practice PhysioPilates. This means your program is informed by an understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and pathology. We do not just ask you to hold a pose; we explain the muscle engagement and how it impacts your fascia, nervous system, and joint health.

Our Approach by Goal

  • For Runners & Athletes: We focus on glute stability and core bracing to improve your stride and prevent common injuries like runner's knee.
  • For Seniors: Our geriatric program emphasizes balance, proprioception, and functional strength. We prioritize movements that help you get out of a chair, climb stairs, and maintain independence safely.
  • For Chronic Pain & Conditions: Whether dealing with Parkinson's, scoliosis, or persistent back pain, we use low-impact, modified movements. We prioritize safety first, adjusting for range of motion and fatigue.

We keep batch sizes strictly small (6-8 participants) so you are never just another face in the room. You receive tactile cues for form correction and personal adjustments based on how your body feels that day.
