This is a look at a postnatal client's journey, 11 months after delivering twins. We started with online sessions for Diastasis Recti and have now progressed to reformer work to build her fitness and strength.

This is not a regular workout. It's a low-impact, high-result session designed to build deep core strength and confidence, especially for women navigating different life stages.
